Diaconia Global Services for Human Development is proud to celebrate the grand opening of our new community food pantry located at 213 E 144th St., Bronx, New York. This pantry represents a shared commitment to serving families in need and ensuring that our neighbors have access to essential food and household resources. This important initiative was made possible through the support and collaboration of our generous partners, including Lowe’s, Good360, and Deeper Life. Through their partnership, resources, materials, and community support came together to turn a vision into a meaningful reality for the Bronx community.

At Diaconia, we believe that strong communities are built when organizations and businesses work together with compassion and purpose. With the help of our partners, the pantry will provide families with access to nutritious food and essential items while promoting dignity, care, and hope for those facing difficult circumstances.

The Bronx Community Food Pantry will serve as more than a place to receive food—it will be a space where neighbors support one another and where generosity strengthens the community. Thousands of families are expected to benefit from the resources provided through this initiative.
